gaybors fund
The Gaybors Fund supports grassroots nonprofits doing life-changing and life-saving work for and with members of the LGBTQ+ community in the gayborhood
While national organizations often lead in visibility and fundraising, grassroots nonprofits are the heartbeat of the gayborhood. These smaller organizations do vital, on-the-ground work, yet frequently struggle to access the working capital, grants and program funding needed to sustain their impact—and sometimes even to keep their doors open.
The Gaybors Fund exists to help bridge that gap.
When clients book programming through The Gaybors Group, they have the opportunity to select a grassroots nonprofit to receive a donation from The Gaybors Fund. Donations are generated directly from our agency commissions through Artists in Demand, Comedians in Demand, Creators in Demand, Trans in Demand, Drag in Demand or Music in Demand—ensuring that support goes straight back into the gayborhood.
We take seriously the responsibility we have to invest in the gayborhoods we are proud to call home. We hope you’ll join us in supporting grassroots nonprofits that are making a meaningful, life-changing impact in the lives of LGBTQ+ individuals every day.
